Services Managers will take you through every step of the event planning process to ensure your big day
runs smoothly. We’ll provide you with all the planning tools from checklists to vendor recommendations and

THE FOLLOWING SERVICES ARE AVAILABLE AT KO’OLAU BALLROOMS:
• Ceremony locations: “Ko‘olau Vista” 18th Tee Box, Outdoor Waterfall/Garden, Indoor Waterfall, or other indoor ballroom location.
• Taste a variety of cuisines from Euro-Asian to American by award winning Executive Chef at one of our food tastings.
• View and sample wedding cakes by our in house pastry chefs.
• Preview slideshows, albums and recent photographs our staff has put together showcasing the best of what Ko`olau Ballrooms has to offer.
• Design your very own floor plan with one of our Event Services Managers.
• Receive recommendations and insights with our staff on Hawaii’s wedding vendors so we do the homework for you.
• Design a menu for your reception ranging in cuisine styles and service.
• Complete checklists to prepare yourself and our staff with all your special needs.
• Select wedding packages featuring our most requested items or build your own with our ala carte menus.
• Hand pick special amenities like our 8-passenger golf cart for picture taking on the golf course or enjoy one of our beautiful custom ice carvings created especially for you.
